- Personal Goal Challenge
We invite you to join us in our end of the year challenge!
You will be judged on how far you have come in YOUR own personal goals! The winner will be the person who has made the most progress with their own goals!
*The first challenge will end on Thanksgiving and the winner will be awarded a gift card to bodybuilding.com or an online store of your choice.
*The second part of our challenge will end on Christmas and the winner will be awarded the Turbulence Training ebook with all of Craig Ballantyne's Fat Loss Workouts and Fat Loss Advice.
1. Fill out the registration below and you will receive a sign in and password for the BLOG.
2. You will need to post on the blog at least 2 times per week. You can let us know how you are doing, what struggles you are having, look for support from other challenge members or even get advice.
3. You will need to enter you measurements and keep them updated weekly. After your registration, you will be added to the spreadsheet list and will receive an email that allows you to enter your measurements.
4. You must take a before picture, dated around October 31st, and email it HERE.
There is a small fee to enter of $5, which will help to pay for prizes given away to the challenge winners. You can click on the paypal button below to pay your fee.
