What you will receive with any purchase of a in home training package:
If you wish to train at your gym we will meet there to discuss these things
1. Phone consultation- We will go over your goals, talk about your exercise history, and I answer questions you have. We set up a time and day for the "in-home" initial fitness assessment session.
2. "In-Home" initial Fitness Assessment Session- Includes sign-up forms, body compostion, fitness intake and assessment, goal setting.
3. Monthly Fitness "Check-In" - At the end of each month or every 4 weeks, we will do a mini fitness assessment, body composition, new goal setting and program design change.

Carmel has definitely changed my mind about becoming fit again. I didn’t know if someone my age could really look and feel good about her body again.
