60 sessions = 30.00/ session = 1800 = 360/mo
84 sessions = 25.00/ session = 2100 = 300/mo
Semi-Private Training Sessions: Groups of 2-3 people, who have similar goals and would like the motivation and support of others.
- 12 sessions = 60.00/ session = 720.00
Nutrition & Meal Guidance -This is included with any packages. If you wish, I will determine your daily caloric needs based on your individual body and workout needs and will plan an example meal plan for you and include guidelines to follow when choosing foods of your choice when planning your own meals.
