Workout Room Photos
CARDIO WORKOUTS:
I have a treadmill, elliptical/stairclimber, cardio videos, and a heavy bag for cardio exercise. Plus we can go outside over to the track and run around the track or run the bleachers. All great interval workouts which are meant to burn tons more fat in less time!
STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUTS:
I have free weights, home gym with barbell and weights, stability ball, and medicine ball. We can use weights or even do bodyweight exercises which will give you the same benefit as using weights. This way if you don't have any workout equipment at home, you can still get the great benefits of working out, just using your own bodyweight!
